Introduction to QUIC

The internet's evolution has led to challenges with latency, security, and scalability, particularly with the traditional HTTP over TCP protocol stack. These challenges include latency due to multiple round trips for connection setup, head-of-line blocking delays, and the inability to control framing, among others. In response, QUIC (Quick UDP Internet Connections) was developed, leveraging UDP for faster, more efficient data transmission.
